Orlando, FL, December 5, 2016 – Laversab, Inc. introduced two new WiFi-enabled Air Data Test Sets at the NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition held on November 1-3, 2016 that are now for sale to the general public.

The Wi-Fi-enabled feature is available in new 6200 Series models such as Model 6200: Automated Pitot-Static Tester (non-RVSM), as well as 6300 Series models such as Model 6300: RVSM Automated Pitot-Static Tester WiFi-enabled. The wireless communication feature will also be offered with 6600 Air Data Testers and as an upgrade for older units.

The Air Data Test Sets with WiFi work with Laversab’s latest app for iPad and Surface tablets. The app transforms these devices into wireless remotes that monitor aircraft functions. Thanks to the app, users can now control, measure or leak-check any aircraft wirelessly.

The Laversab Air Data Test Set app works with an iPad or Surface tablet to which it is connected. A Laversab remote with 30-foot cable is also available as a backup.

The Laversab iPad and Surface apps are available online at Apple’s App Store. The app is versatile enough to work with both touchscreens and virtual keypads.
